Shipping and Return Policy

1. Once an order is placed, you will get an order confirmation via email, message and also by a confirmation call.

2. Shipping fees are applied to all our products, it usually depends on the transport and weight of the products.

3. Once an order is shipped, you can’t make changes in the delivery details.

4. Once you place an order and it is shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

5. When your package is shipped, you will start receiving tracking details, we will provide you with a link to track your package.

6. We only deliver from 9 am to 8 pm, there may be some delay in the delivery due to unusual weather conditions.

7. In case of a missed delivery, the delivery person will leave a note at your doorstep; you need to contact the delivery office for your order redelivery.

8. In case you have received your order and find that it is damaged, you need to call us on our customer care number on the same day i.e. your delivery date and there is a need to share the original invoice of the order.

9. Product once purchased will not be returned or replaced until and unless there is some defect in that.
